The struggles of past ace Chad Billingsley hurt the Dodgers immensely and I would like to have seen Jon Garland and Jeff Weaver as a part of the NLCS roster. I assume Garland's absence was due to money issues as his $10,000,000 price ticket to re-sign was a bit high for the budget-minded Dodgers. I think he would have been a much better match for the Phillies than Hiroki Kuroda.
